Responsibilities

• Prepare detail/layout plans and the like for building permit application and construction drawing.
• Conceptualize designs for Lawson Convenience Store.
• Plan, direct, or coordinate engineering activities and engineering teams.
• Identify and solve engineering problems during pre-construction phase.
• Assist the Construction Manager in handling and managing team-related work and activities in design and planning

Qualifications

• Proficient with AutoCAD, 3D modelling using Sketch-up and Vray
• Has at least 1-year related (Commercial / Convenience Store) experience
• Bachelor's degree in BSArchitecture, BS Industrial Technology Major in Drafting, or any related course
• Must be a licensed Architect
