Dashboard and Report Maintenance: Assist in the maintenance of Business Intelligence dashboards and reports, including managing the ETL (extract, transform, load) process.
Communication with BI Leadership: Regularly engage with BI Team leaders to gather requirements and provide feedback for dashboarding and reporting needs.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance (QA) within the Business Intelligence Data Lake environment.
Ad Hoc Data Analysis: Perform ad hoc data analysis to support various business functions, including Finance, Accounting, Sales, Operations, and Marketing.
Process Documentation: Assist in documenting processes, including defining data definitions and creating process workflows.
Team Support: Provide day-to-day data support to Business Intelligence team members.
