Role Overview: We are pleased to announce a vacancy for the full-time permanent position of Junior Accounts Payable Administrator. This role is based full-time in Eason Support Office, Swords, Co. Dublin. Role Synopsis: A key focus of the role within the accounts payable department involves invoice matching and processing for Eason Group. This would include matching invoices to purchase orders, following up any invoice / purchase order queries with stores, trading and suppliers. The ideal candidate will possess experience of working in an accounts payable role coupled with experience of dealing with a large volume of supplier accounts, invoices and reconciliations. You will be tasked with ensuring all purchase orders are authorised and recorded in the financial system and ensuring all goods receipted are P.O. matched and receipted on the system.
