We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in accounting functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing creditors, debtors, VAT, financials, and cash flow, with hands‑on experience in Xero accounting software. A strong ability to work independently and manage general administrative tasks is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Creditors & Debtors Management

• Process, reconcile and manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Ensure timely payment of invoices and collections.

Financial Reporting

• Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Support the senior team in compiling accurate financial records.

VAT & Compliance

• Prepare and submit VAT returns.
• Ensure all tax filings and financial activities comply with statutory regulations.
