Mô tả công việc: JOB SUMMARY:
Support the execution of daily accounting tasks, process documentation related to taxes and social insurance (SI), and directly calculate and declare Personal Income Tax (PIT) for Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) affiliated with the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Personal Income Tax (PIT) Operations - Core Task:
• Collect contracts and payment vouchers for KOLs.
• Calculate and deduct PIT (10% or progressive, depending on the contract type) before payment to KOLs.
• Issue withholding PIT documents to KOLs.
• Support the preparation of monthly/quarterly PIT declarations and year-end PIT finalization data.
• Social Insurance (SI) Operations:
• Execute procedures for increasing, decreasing, and closing SI books for the company's internal staff using the software.
• Monitor and reconcile monthly SI contribution data with the insurance agency....
