The Junior Accountant will support the Finance Director in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with South African accounting standards and assisting with cost control in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities

• Financial record keeping: Capture and reconcile financial transactions, including sales, purchases and expenses in accordance with company processes. Maintain general ledger entries and ensure accuracy of trial balances.
• Reporting: Assist with preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Accounts payable and receivable: Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including supplier invoices, customer billing and follow up on outstanding payments.
