Key Responsibilities Financial Accounting & Reporting Capture and process financial transactions accurately within the accounting system Maintain the general ledger, including journals, accruals, and prepayments Assist with monthly management accounts and variance analysis Support month-end and year-end reporting processes Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies Ensure financial records remain accurate and audit-ready Payroll Administration Support end-to-end payroll processing Maintain employee payroll records, including new appointments and terminations Process salaries, wages, overtime, and statutory deductions Assist with payroll reconciliations and monthly reporting Support submissions to SARS, including PAYE, UIF, and SDL Handle payroll queries professionally and confidentially Tax & Statutory Compliance Assist with VAT calculations and submissions Support PAYE, UIF, and SDL compliance processes Ensure adherence to SARS deadlines and requirements Maintain supportin...
