Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of existing merchants and drive revenue growth.
• Proactively engage merchants to increase transaction volumes, adoption of additional products, and long‑term retention.
• Negotiate pricing, fees, and product adoption within defined guidelines; identify and execute upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
