The Accounting Executive will be responsible for day-to-day accounting operations, invoice processing, payment coordination, and collections support. This role is essential to maintaining financial discipline, ensuring the accuracy of the ledger, and supporting efficient cash flow management.

Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Ledger Management
- Own Record and process supplier and client invoices
- Maintain the general ledger fully up to date
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
- Ensure accurate documentation and audit trail for all transactions
Payments & Collections
- Coordinate supplier payments in alignment with internal approvals
- Issue client invoices and monitor payment status
