POSITION PURPOSE
To review, process, fund, or on-board loans, i.e.: consumer non-real estate, consumer mortgage, commercial real estate, commercial & industrial, oil & gas, agriculture, and SBA.
Review loan documents for lien perfection.On-board promissory note per loan document including tracking for recordings, update documents as needed, process payments as needed, and Reconcile, create tickets or keyboard post all general ledger transactions.Email communications as needed to lending staff.PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTS
Loans are reviewed and approved in accordance with applicable legal, regulatory, and loan policy requirements and with established policies and procedures. Professional business relations exist with Bank personnel. Assistance is provided as needed.
