**Responsibilities**:
- Work with key stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and automate data analysis and presentation to effectively achieve business objectives.
- Enter, organize, manipulate, and summarize data in our HRIS, Excel, PowerBI, and PowerPoint.
- Design, develop, test, and implement dashboards and reports supporting projects, programs, and ad-hoc requests within the HR and Legal teams to track performance and key deliverables.
- Engage and collaborate with internal teams to stay aware of strategic projects, initiatives, issues, and ideas.
- Assist with data audits and data entry as necessary.
- Document program and initiative processes, standards, procedures, and policies.
- Assist the HR and Legal leadership team with confidential matters that are strategic or sensitive in nature.
