Jr. Analyst Demand Planning

Responsible for developing and maintaining an unbiased rolling 24‑month unit forecast at the item level for accounts and categories using current forecasting methodologies to enhance forecast accuracy, minimize forecast bias, and optimize inventory levels while achieving mutual financial objectives and expected customer service levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain short‑, medium‑, and long‑term data‑driven forecasts incorporating POS trends, inventory levels, and marketplace dynamics.
• Validate and clean demand data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy.
• Assemble and analyze demand plans by driving the monthly planning cycle utilizing market information and statistical forecasts while collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Operations to obtain necessary customer and product information.
