ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES Accounts Payable
Match purchase order forms and packing slips with vendor invoices, and record the necessary information
Insure authorized approval of vendor invoices before payment
Vendor statement reconciliation
Code vendor invoices with general ledger account, department, sub-department per accounting department business rules
Process vendor and internal payments and fund transfers utilizing checks and wire transfer request
