Sterling Crane seeks a Journeyperson/Red Seal Heavy Duty Technician for its Prince George branch. This full-time, unionized role involves both fieldwork and shop repair on our versatile crane fleet. You will engage in troubleshooting, equipment servicing, and detailed repair tracking to optimize operations and uphold safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and inspect hydraulic and electrical systems
• Repair and service mobile and crawler equipment effectively
• Document repair processes in paper and electronic formats
• Estimate costs and manage parts ordering for maintenance
• Maintain fleet records in the Preventative Maintenance Program
