JOB DETAILS

1.Should have hands-on experience on Office365 admin console management
2.Should have hands on experience on implementation of Office365 tools like OneDrive and Skype for business, teams

3.Should be familiar with Office365 PowerShell commands and must have hands on experience

4.Have knowledge of managing windows server AD server, DNS server, SQL server etc and desktop related issues and configurations

5.Should have basic knowledge of networking (routing policies and traffic flow)

6.Should be able to provide remote support for US/Europe users

7.Must have worked on remote support tools like TeamViewer, LogMeIn etc

8.Must have good communication skills

9.Knowledge on Firewall and Antivirus console will be plus point
