· Implement customer sales complaint management system and ensure lowest complaint resolution time
· Establishes and implements the right CRM tools to help build/enhance brand loyalty.
· Assists in the development of customer care business processes and analyses customer care enhancements
· Comprehensive system of keeping in touch with existing customer
2. Complaint Handling:
· Resolves customer complaints expeditiously and ensures better long-term customer satisfaction.
· Obtains and records basic demographic information about each customer, using dealership sales control system.
