Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their jewellery preferences and requirements
• Showcase gold, diamond, and precious stone jewellery while explaining product features, quality, and pricing
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Handle billing, product inquiries, and after-sales support
• Maintain accurate inventory displays and ensure products are presented attractively
• Assist with stock counting, inventory management, and showroom upkeep
