The incumbent will perform a full range of janitorial duties related to the care, maintenance, and cleaning of all assigned buildings and facilities. Keeps supervisor apprised of unique situations and problems encountered.
ResponsibilitiesEssential Job Duties:
Incumbent will clean and sanitize restroom facilities and related fixtures including drinking fountains, refrigerated water coolers, custodial mop sinks, restroom sinks, urinals, showers, and toilets.Responsible for sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, waxing, stripping, and polishing floors.Replenish supplies in restrooms, facilities, etc.Responsible for ensuring all dusting (both high and low) areas are maintained as necessary and polishing furniture, woodwork, fixtures, and equipment.Wash windows (both interior and exterior), mirrors, and walls.
