Work Pattern & Salary

Monday to Friday work pattern. Salary (estimated): AED 16-22K per month + Medical Insurance, Visa, Bonus (annual, discretionary).

Profile Required

• 10 years experience in procurement; 2-3 years leadership exposure; strategic procurement, supply chain, buying.
• Substantial oil and gas experience across services (not only materials and equipment); long-term contracts; clause negotiation; terms & conditions review.
• Relationship & stakeholder management.
• Cost savings.
• Collaboration on estimations to develop budgets.
• Experience with CAPEX and operational projects; day-to-day procurement.
• Self-starter; able to handle high-pressure environments; resilient and assertive.
