Role Overview

Sir William Perkins’s School Boat Club was the highest ranked girls’ school programme on the National Schools’ Regatta 2026 Medal Table, winning Gold medals at J15, J16 and Championship level. The J15 Lead Coach will perform a vital role in the development of our students as they transition from their first year of rowing as J14s, to competing at the highest national level as J15s.

Responsibilities

• A keen eye for detail and care over properly executing tasks, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of students at all times before, during and after sessions.
• Take a lead in developing the skills of the J15 Squad in areas such as time‑management, communication and personal organisation.
• Exemplary organisation and administrative skills, managing coaching plans, attendance records and communication with parents.
