We are seeking an ITAD Operations Lead to oversee our ITAD processing operations, client collections and asset disposition projects.
Key Responsibilities - Coordinate and manage IT asset collections from customer sites
- Supervise the receipt, processing and tracking of IT assets
- Maintain chain-of-custody and asset accountability throughout the process
- Operate and manage data sanitisation workflows using industry-standard software
- Generate asset reports, data destruction reports and customer deliverables
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and quality requirements
