This is a full‑time, on‑site ITAD Account Manager role based in Mississauga, ON. The ITAD Account Manager will manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for IT asset disposition, data destruction, and refurbishment services. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client ITAD needs, preparing quotes and proposals, and coordinating pick‑ups, processing schedules, and service delivery with internal operations teams. The person in this role will track asset flows, ensure timely reporting (including certificates of data destruction and recycling), and monitor contract compliance and service‑level expectations. Additional duties include identifying upsell or cross‑sell opportunities, supporting bid responses or RFPs, and collaborating with management to improve processes and client satisfaction.
