IT Technician position available in Paarl.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced IT Technician to join our team in Paarl.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide remote and on-site technical support.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
• Manage helpdesk tickets and resolve user incidents.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems.
• Support Active Directory, Group Policy, firewalls, antivirus, and email security.
• Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, servers, and VoIP systems.
• Perform data backups and system maintenance.
• Set up new users, devices, and applications.
• Maintain IT asset registers and documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience in IT support and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, networking, and Microsoft environments.
• Experience with LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VoI...
