We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled IT Technician to join the Walbridge team. You will provide hands-on technical support at the job site, ensuring smooth operation of Windows-based systems and hardware. This is a great opportunity for an IT professional who is passionate about technology and customer support to learn and grow.
Location

You will work from the project location in Millersport, Ohio. In addition to your primary responsibilities there, you'll also be supporting 3 other job site locations across Ohio.


Responsibilities


Your key responsibilities:

+ Windows 11 Support - Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for Windows 11 systems, including troubleshooting OS issues, performance optimization, and user assistance.
