Assist IT Manager in day-to-day administration of all IT systems such as STG system, POS, SMS blast, email blast software, and other IT-related projects.
Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications. Diagnose and solve hardware/software faults and provide end-user PC support for all supported applications.
Check and repair computers, replace parts, and install new PC components as required. Perform daily routines such as wellness checks of IT systems.
Install new network lines for new users. Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks, including wireless network load. Troubleshoot system and network problems such as slow connections.
