Major Responsibilities:

Client Engagement 

Cultivating effective relationships with customers, partners, and teammates using clear and timely communications. Facilitating conversations to understand business needs and establishing positive working relationships. 

Managing client expectations, assisting with budgeting, deployment resource planning, and deployment timeline estimation.

Business Analysis 

Propose solutions that comply with IT policies and standards. For any exceptions, initiate the non-standard request approval process and collaborate with Solution Architects as necessary.
