Key Responsibilities Provide end-user support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and resolve helpdesk requests independently Manage full endpoint lifecycle (onboarding → offboarding) Support Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and business applications Act as escalation point for junior technicians Administer Active Directory, Azure AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy Support Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive Assist with Intune and endpoint/device management Support VPN, Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN connectivity Maintain documentation, asset management, and vendor coordination Ensure security standards, patching, and access controls are enforced Minimum Requirements Grade 12 5-8+ years' experience in a corporate IT support environment Strong Microsoft 365 & Windows Server (Hyper-V / VMware) experience Solid understanding of AD, Azure AD, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP ...
