GDIT has an immediate opening for an IT Systems Event Manager/Monitor Technician supporting the USCENTCOM CIT program at HQ CENTCOM on MacDill AFB, located in Tampa, Florida.

The IT Systems Event Manager is a critical member of the USCENTCOM Joint Cyberspace Communications Center (JCCC) and serves as the focal point for monitoring and managing events (detectable or discernible) which are significant to the management of the IT Infrastructure or the delivery of IT services that occur within USCENTCOM Enterprise. This Event Management provides 24x7x monitoring, management and status reporting of USCENTCOM-managed networks and services. Serves as a single point of contact for communications and information gathering for all network service issues and outages, provides pertinent information on critical updates, maintains detailed reports, and keeps key stakeholders informed.
