 SUMMARY:  
-    POSITION INFO:  
 Key Responsibilities     End-User & Technical Support     Provide first-line support for staff on computer hardware, operating systems, and common software applications.  
 Troubleshoot internet connectivity, network access, and basic Wi-Fi issues.  
 Assist users with Microsoft 365 services such as Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and user account access.  
 Log, track, and follow up on support requests, escalating issues where necessary.   
  Systems, Data & Asset Management     Create, update, and maintain IT asset inventories (devices, peripherals, licenses).  
 Maintain secure and up-to-date databases of system logins, access credentials, and software allocations.  
 Assist with archiving digital files and emails in line with organisational policies.  
 Support the clean-up and decommissioning of deprecated or unused systems...
