Key Responsibilities
End-User & Technical Support
Provide first-line support for staff on computer hardware, operating systems, and common software applications.
Troubleshoot internet connectivity, network access, and basic Wi‑Fi issues.
Assist users with Microsoft 365 services such as Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and user account access.
Log, track, and follow up on support requests, escalating issues where necessary.
Systems, Data & Asset Management
Create, update, and maintain IT asset inventories (devices, peripherals, licenses).
Maintain secure and up-to-date databases of system logins, access credentials, and software allocations.
Assist with archiving digital files and emails in line with organisational policies.
Support the clean‑up and decommissioning of deprecated or unused systems, accounts, and software.
