Manage user accounts, group policies, and permissions within Microsoft environments. . Administer and maintain the organization's VoIP or phone system, including setup, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination. . Configure, monitor, and maintain firewalls to ensure network security and performance. . Set up and support new user accounts, email, and phone access. . Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and support records.
