We are seeking an IT Support Specialist who can function as a generalist across IT support, security and compliance, and process automation. This is a single-person technology function remote company serving regulated industries. The role requires genuine breadth: you will own our Microsoft 365 environment, hold our Security and Privacy Officer responsibilities, maintain ISO 27001 compliance, and support internal automation initiatives.

- Provide timely identification, diagnosis, and resolution of technical issues across the organization.
- Document all support activity in the ticketing system. Monitor the ticketing system to ensure issues are addressed promptly.
- Serve as the primary technical resource for end-users on hardware and software issues, with particular depth in Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Defender, 8x8, memoQ, and XTRF.
