We’re looking for a curious, hands‑on IT Support Specialist to join our lean IT team. This isn’t a traditional helpdesk role — you will be a part of a 2‑person team, meaning you will be doing a bit of everything (which will provide you exposure to many systems and technologies).
You’ll be responsible for keeping our systems running, managing access and devices across a mostly macOS environment, and contributing to internal tooling projects — including AI‑assisted development with tools like Claude Code.
One of our previous IT team members progressed into our SRE team. We see this role as a genuine launchpad for ambitious engineers who want to grow into infrastructure, reliability, or platform engineering.
