**About the role**:
As a System Administrator you will be working with different IT requests across all Auditdata locations - configuration management, access control, security, troubleshooting, and user education, in addition to support desk system management.
**What will you do**:
- Service Desk System tickets management
- Technical assistance of users
- Diagnostics of incoming tasks
- Remote users support
- Helpdesk processes improvement
- Holding the educational meetings
- Updating the documentation
- Take part in project planning and design for new IT systems
**What will you bring**:
- 1-2 years experience on system administrator position or similar
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Azure AD, GPO, virtualization (Hyper-V)
- Experience with Microsoft365 admin center, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Azure portal
- Basic knowledge in networking
