IT Support Specialist We are hiring three IT Support Specialists to join our team This is a fully on-site role supporting daily operations and serving as the face of IT for the facility.Responsibilities

Provide Windows 11 support and troubleshooting

Offer MacOS support (preferred but not required)

Deliver mobile device support for Android, iOS, and Zebra handheld scanners/printers

Act as the primary IT contact for DC staff, ensuring excellent customer service

Assist with audio/visual setup in conference rooms

Participate in on-call rotations as structured

 Work Schedule

Shift: First shift, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)

Flexibility to adjust based on business demands is a plus

Willingness to join on-call rotations
