As an IT Support Officer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality IT services to staff and students across the Department of Engineering Science. Working as part of a friendly and professional IT Support team, you will provide first- and second-line support for a diverse range of technologies, including Windows and Linux systems, hardware, software, AV equipment, printers, and user accounts. You will be a key member of our Service Desk, acting as the first point of contact for IT support requests, managing incidents and service requests, and always aiming to deliver excellent customer service.
