IT Support Technician / IT Manager
Well known IT specialist support company looking for an IT Support Technician/IT Manager role based in Cape Town to service local client base and assist with remote support across the country.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for CT operations of IT Company.
- Telephone, Remote Support and onsite support at various locations around Cape Town.
- Various installation types, from CCTV to networking, to computer/server setups.
- Supporting in-house systems and creating SOPs/Documentation for client and HO.
- Dealing with suppliers, procurement, quoting, and invoicing.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Good speaking and technical knowledge.
- A+, N+, and good Microsoft Windows knowledge.
- Good networking and wireless knowledge, cabling, and CCTV.
