Provide EUC (End User Computing) support 
Manage IT inventory and assets 
Perform imaging of laptops and desktops 
Printer installation and management 
Support conference room issues and vendor coordination for setup 
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues 
Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services for IT assets 
Support mobile devices and non-PC equipment such as scanners and printers 
Provide VIP support with high-touch service 
Manage AV / conferencing technologies 
Install and manage network/shared printers 
Provide Office 365 support 
Handle compliance software installation and troubleshooting
