Job Responsibilities
Provide first-line IT support to internal users and assist with technical issues across desktops, laptops, phones, printers, trading terminals, and related devices
Respond to technical requests via phone or ticketing system and ensure timely resolution of issues
Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network problems, and escalate more complex matters when needed
