            Technical Support  Provide onsite and remote technical support to users for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment. 
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and network issues. 
Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and business applications. 
Support Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and other productivity tools. 
Respond to user support requests and resolve issues within agreed timelines. 
 System & Network Administration  Monitor and maintain local area networks (LAN), Wi‑Fi, internet connectivity, and network devices. 
Configure and maintain switches, routers, firewalls, and network printers. 
Perform system updates, patches, antivirus updates, and security checks. 
Manage user accounts, passwords, permissions, and email configurations.
