The IT/OT Client Technologies Specialist is primarily responsible for the IT client environment and covers workshop areas known as OT (Operational Technologies), which focus on the industrial landscape. They perform tasks to improve and support the desktop environment, provide specialized IT services (e.g., support for high‑level meetings, root cause analysis, client consulting), and provide services related to IT facilities (e.g., audiovisual environment, security systems, printers/copiers). The Client Technologies Specialist also provides on‑site support to Service Desk teams as needed.
