Salary: £30,000 - 50,000 per year

Requirements

• We need strong customer service and stakeholder management skills, with experience supporting senior or VIP users.
• We need proven experience across Service Desk, EUC, or VIP support, including complex issue handling at L1 to L2 level.
• We need strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, Microsoft 365, enterprise applications, identity and access, and end-user hardware.
• We need experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and working in SLA-driven environments.
• We need knowledge of Teams Rooms, AV, video conferencing, and telephony systems.
• We need experience with SharePoint and automation tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and chatbots.
• We need experience creating user guides, training materials, or digital content.
