IT Support Engineer – Educational Institution

Our client is a private university in Dubai with modern labs and tech-enabled classrooms. They require a reliable support engineer to maintain seamless digital operations.

Your Role

As an on-site IT Support Engineer, you’ll assist faculty, staff, and students with system access, device troubleshooting, and learning platform issues.

Your Responsibilities

• Support Windows/Mac devices, projectors, and networks
• Maintain learning management systems and digital classrooms
• Install and update software and AV drivers
• Provide printer, Wi-Fi, and access control support

Your Profile

• Experience in educational or academic tech support
• Familiarity with AV systems and basic networking
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
