Job Description
This is for Individual trained in information systems with experience in hardware and software troubleshooting and installation, hard-drive imaging etc.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•Serves in a first level support role to respond to user questions and system problems
•Provide support to users for their computer, printers, Cash Registers and/or miscellaneous devices
•Perform on-site IT Special projects, set up and installation, etc
◦Work with Operations to coordinate equipment launches and troubleshooting
•Provide basic individual and group training when necessary
•Create and maintain help desk documentation for troubleshooting problems and timely completion of necessary administrative tasks
•Light travel will be required
•May be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned
