About the role
This role is responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting IT issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of hardware, software, and network systems across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first- and second-level technical support to staff
- Maintain and enhance IT infrastructure – including servers, networks, storage, and cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Azure)
- Administer core systems – Active Directory, Intune, O365, and enterprise applications (TMS, WMS, FMIS)
- Assist with system upgrades, patches, and software deployments
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, requests, and resolutions
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or external vendors where required
- Contribute to continuous improvement of IT processes and user experience
