We are seeking a professional, service-oriented IT Support Administrator to provide exceptional technical support with a strong white glove customer service approach. This role is ideal for someone who is highly responsive, technically skilled, and able to work independently while supporting end users across a variety of business applications, devices, and systems.
The IT Support Administrator will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting Microsoft-based environments, imaging PCs, managing user accounts, and ensuring a seamless technology experience for employees.
