Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related concerns.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnose hardware/software faults.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Perform regular system updates, backups, and security checks.
• Manage user accounts, email setup, and system access permissions.
• Assist in maintaining company servers and network infrastructure.
• Coordinate with external service providers for IT-related concerns.
