Education
High school graduate or SHS Graduate
Associate's Degree or relevant certifications may be considered with relevant experience
Experience
Experience working with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other common business applications
Experience with network administration and troubleshooting
Technical Skills
Strong understanding of computer hardware and software
Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving
Excellent knowledge of networking concepts
Experience with common network protocols and security measures
