Key Responsibilities
Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT co-managed support for BluEarth staff in a Microsoft 365–based environment
Respond to, troubleshoot, and resolve internal IT service requests in a timely and customer‑focused manner
Act as an internal escalation point for issues that cannot be effectively resolved by the MSP helpdesk
Support onboarding and offboarding of team members, including user accounts, devices, access permissions, and equipment setup
Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, and related admin centers
Create and manage SharePoint sites, permissions, and disk usage
Assist with endpoint management, device configuration, patching, and routine maintenance
Help maintain the security, integrity and confidentiality of BluEarth’s communications, data, and information systems
