This role is very much a people management role but technical skills and knowledge will help along the way.

What you'll be doing

• Serve as an escalation point for junior engineers and ensure protocols are followed and key issues are escalated to the right team
• Coach and mentor your team of 4 - 8 engineers
• Ensure smooth handovers between teams from days to nights
• Foster a positive working environment promoting a continuous learning ethos
• Communicate with customers to ensure SLA's are met
